Based on the combination of SR-FTIR and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy, the changes of chemical composition and functional groups of organic carbon at the root/soil interface in the rhizosphere of two species of plants were explored, providing a new method for the study of rhizosphere organic carbon concentration, distribution and dynamics at microscale level processes.
