SR-FTIR study of traumatic brain injury (TBI)

In this work, synchrotron radiation infrared imaging and quantitative analysis were carried out on the normal and damaged areas of TBI brain tissue of mice. The quantitative comparison of the distribution of protein and nucleic acid in the brain tissue of mice with traumatic brain injury was carried out, which laid the experimental and theoretical basis for the detection of traumatic brain injury and the analysis of synchrotron radiation infrared.
