1. Contact the station staff as early as possible to confirm whether the sample preparation needs to be carried out in a protective atmosphere; whether the scattering (reflection) angle of the sample exceed the range of the scatterometer's pitch adjustment, which necessitates the installation of a mount base; and what sorts of in-situ conditions may be required during the experimental process.

2. Timely submit the Safety Audit Form, listing detailed safety information of all the samples and all personnel involved in the experiment.
