Based on the X-ray imaging technology of SSRF, it is the first time to use synchrotron radiation light source tomography technology to analyze the real structure of the drug in the world, which opened the process from the discovery of the drug structure, the development and application of new structural preparations, to the drug quality standards based on the drug structure. It is the first to put forward a new research field of "structural pharmaceutics", which leads the new international trend of three-dimensional structure research of pharmaceutical preparation. And we put forward the first preparation structure quality standard, which was approved by the National Pharmacopoeia Committee and will be included in the new edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
