(A) TEY measurement system: including sample metal holder and wire, picoammeter, I0 monitoring gold mesh, etc., used for the measurement of total-electron yield absorption spectrum.
(B) Silicon drift detector: for fluorescence yield absorption spectrum measurement.
(C) XEOL optic fiber probe: used for X-ray excited optical luminescence measurement.
Sample stage:
(A) Four-axis high-precision motion mechanism: including 3D translation axis and 1D rotation axis, used to adjust the sample position and switch the sample.
In-situ equipment:
(A) VTI freezing rod: used for thermal conduction and temperature control of frozen samples down to 15K.
(B) Compressor: for cyclic compression of liquid helium when freezing samples.
(C) Thermocouple heating system: used for in-situ heating of samples up to 100 degrees Celsius.
(D) Electromagnet: Used to apply a magnetic field to the sample in-situ with a field strength of up to 4800 gauss.
