1.Before the experiment you should contact the user coordinator a week in advance to discuss the experiment, determining the elements measured and the specific program. If you do not communicate in time, you will not be compensated for the delay. If you do not come to do the experiment on time, the beamtime will be invalidated automatically.

2.One week before the experimental date, please timely submit the experimental safety audit form in the SSRF user proposal management system (https://user.ssrf.ac.cn/proposals/a/login). In this form, you should list your group members that come to SSRF for the experiment, so when submitting the form, you should determine who will come to SSRF with you.

3.Before the experiment, please read the user operation manual and other materials carefully to familiarize yourself with the experimental process and steps. Please study and master the training contents of the duty personnel of the beamline.

4.The experimenter should arrive at the SSRF one day in advance, to prepare the samples under the guidance of the beamline duty officer, and familiarize himself/herself with the equipment of the endstation and the operation procedure.

5.Upon arrival at the SSRF, the experimenter should check in at the gatekeeper's office, including obtaining a dosage card and door card. If the experimental safety audit form has not been submitted previously, or if the form has not been passed, you will not be able to enter the campus.

6.After entering the campus, you can check in at the User Guest House. Online reservation is not available at the User Guest house.
