（1）The data acquisition of infrared spectra and microscopic imaging is achieved using OPUS commercial software. It is powerful and has the function of data processing. Data processing can also be performed using other softwares such as Matlab and Origin.
（2）The data acquisition of nano infrared spectra and imaging is carried out using Analysis Studio software, which can be used for data processing, as well as Matlab and other softwares.
