Endstations

The main equipment of the BL06B endstation is a set of FTIR spectrometer (Bruker VERTEX 80v) and IR microscope (Hyperion 3000), as shown in Fig 2. The IR scanning near-field optical microscope (SNOM) is also purchased from Bruker with a model nano IR3. The IR beam will be selected to enter the FTIR spectrometer or SNOM.
