1.During experiments, all operating procedures must be strictly followed, and instructions from beamline duty staff shall be observed. All instruments and equipment shall be operated in accordance with standard protocols. Any damage caused by improper operation shall be the sole responsibility of the project applicant.
2.Prior to experiment commencement, all personnel must attend the beamline orientation organized by duty staff. Those who arrive late and miss the training shall receive guidance from the project lead.
3.At least one experimenter shall remain on site throughout the allocated beamtime.
4.Only personnel listed on the approved safety checklist for SSRF access are permitted to use the beamline. No unlisted individuals are allowed entry to the facility.
5.Drinking water is only allowed in lidded containers within the experimental area. Eating is strictly prohibited. All meals shall be taken in the dedicated user office.
6.Beamline computers and network resources shall not be used for non-experimental activities during experiments.
7.Experiments shall be completed within the assigned beamtime to ensure normal operations for subsequent users.
8.All beamline devices and tools used shall be returned to their original positions after experiments, and duty staff shall be notified accordingly. If the labyrinth port is used, ensure it is closed upon completion.
9.No samples shall be affixed to workbenches inside or outside the hutch. Take away all samples after experiments, keep the beamline clean and tidy, and promptly remove all waste materials.
Violation of the above rules will be recorded. The case will be submitted to the center for review, which may affect future project applications and beamtime allocation.
