Users should get the protein crystal samples ready as early as possible. Protein crystal should be mounted on nylon loop on the tip of pins that are packed in PUCKS, and the PUCKS are stored in a LN2 Dewar tank.

Users should fill out Sample Safety Audit Sheet seven days ahead of the experimental date for sample safety assessment, and complete the personal safety training. The safety training is valid for 12 months. Get the user card and dosimeter badge through the self-service machine, The user card and dosimeter badge are for personall use only.  

The self-service system is located at the South Gate of SSRF (239 Zhangheng Road). Upon arriving, users shall get user card, radiation badge, and user ID card prior to the experiment; Users shall return the radiation badge after experiment.
