BL15U1 utilizes the high-brightness oscillator X-ray radiation from the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF), combined with the advanced X-ray optical system, to obtain high flux, energy-tunable monochromatic X-ray at the endstation. Users can carry out micro/nano- X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) experiment, etc.
