Beamline introduction

Basic imaging methods

Date :2024-05-29
1.X-ray dynamic imaging, including absorption-contrast, phase-contrast, move-contrast and other imaging mechanisms, quick and in situ observation of sample micro-structures change.
2.X-ray micro-CT, including absorption-contrast, phase-contrast, move-contrast and other imaging mechanisms, acquisition of three-dimensional structure information of samples in high-resolution
3.X-ray dynamic micro-CT, to obtain 3D dynamic change information of the internal structure of samples.
4.X-ray K-edge subtraction imaging/CT, to obtain specific element distribution information in the sample.
5.PDF (atomic pair distribution function), study the spatial distribution of atomic pairs in the sample, and obtain information about the structure, phase transition and physical properties of the sample.
