Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) is located at 239 Zhangheng Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai (A).

Transportation

The following routes are available for getting to SSRF

Route I:  From Shanghai Railway Station or Shanghai South Railway Station

Take metro line 1, get off at the People’s Square Station and change to Line 2 to Zhangjiang High-tech Park station. Take exit NO.5 and walk to Songtao Road (B), take Bus Zhangnan line [bound for “Nanhui University City”].

Get off at Bisheng Rd. Zhangheng Rd. station (C) and walk to SSRF (A)

Or take exit NO.2 and walk to Keyuan Road (D), take the Bridge line 6 or Pudong Bus NO. 22 [bound for “Zhangheng Rd. Keyuan Rd. (Shuguang Hospital)”], get off at Zhangheng Rd. Keyuan Rd. station (E), then walk to SSRF (A).

Taxi: Take exit No.5. The distance from Zhangjiang High-tech Park station to SSRF is about 3 km, and the Taxi fee is about 14 RMB (Price during Daytime) or 18 RMB (Price during Nighttime after 23:00).

Route II: From Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Take Metro Line 2 to Zhangjiang High-tech Park station, and go to SSRF as mentioned above.

Route III:  From Hongqiao International Airport

(a)      From Hongqiao Airport Terminal 1 Station, take Metro Line 10, get off at the East Nanjing Road Station, and change to Metro Line 2 to Zhangjiang High-tech Park station, and go to SSRF as mentioned above.

(b)     From Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2 Station, please take Metro Line 2 to Zhangjiang High-tech Park station, and go to SSRF as mentioned above.

Route IV: From Pudong International Airport

(a)    Take Metro Line 2 to Zhangjiang High-tech Park station, and go to SSRF as mentioned above.

(b)   Take the Shanghai Maglev Train, get off at the Longyang Road Station, change to Metro Line 2 to Zhangjiang High-tech Park station, and go to SSRF as mentioned above.
