Scientific Scope

The combination of soft and hard X-rays constitutes an ultra-wide spectrum region. By adjusting the energy of incident photons, the depth resolution of elements and the fine resolution of chemical states can be realized layer by layer, and the electronic structure of energy materials under in-situ conditions can be comprehensively studied.
