The small-angle scattering beamline BL16B1 is equipped with a Pilatus 2M detector and a Pilatus 900k detector for collecting SAXS and WAXS data, respectively. It also features a Linkam THMS600 temperature control stage and a Linkam TST350 tensile thermal stage to provide in-situ experimental environments with thermal and mechanical fields. Additionally, the beamline includes a Renishaw-InVia Reflex Raman spectrometer and a Nicolet iS50 infrared spectrometer for combined synchrotron and non-synchrotron characterization methods, as well as various auxiliary experimental devices.
