The main experimental method for macromolecular crystallography is the swing method, with one of the key instruments being the diffractometer. With the further development of domestic research in macromolecular crystallography, the crystal samples of many users are becoming smaller. This poses higher demands on the diffractometer, such as a smaller SOC, higher sample positioning accuracy, and faster speed. In response to this, Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility Crystallography Group has independently developed a high-precision diffractometer with an SOC of <±0.5 μm and is equipped with a set of high-resolution and fast coaxial microscopes to meet the users' needs.
