
1. Ultra-High Vacuum Chamber: Vacuum better than 5X10^-9 mbar.
2. Electron Yield Collection System: Femto current collector with background noise less than 1pA.
3. Fast Silicon Drift Detector: Capable of identifying fluorescence from all elements, with an energy resolution of about 100 eV, suitable for PFY mode measurements.
4. Chopper and Lock-in Amplifier: Can modulate light to convert the photocurrent signal into an alternating signal, filtering the signal from the electrochemical background through the lock-in amplifier, allowing TEY measurements under electrochemical conditions.
5. Laser Heater: Can adjust sample temperature from room temperature to 800℃.
6. Inert Atmosphere Glove Box: Allows sample transfer into the ultra-high vacuum chamber under a protective atmosphere.
7. Both end-stations are equipped with in situ electrochemical sample holders, enabling the characterization of battery materials and catalytic materials under operational conditions.
